The abandoned shipwrecks, unexplored islands, and discovering friends and foes along the journey could only attract the real adventure junkies. Not to mention, the amount of action and romance subplots it includes and sometimes the dark twists and turns need your immediate attention. With the episodic adventure, Jing’s adventure combined with great animation and casino-like music is just bliss to watch.

With clear and crisp animation from Madhouse, the show might feel slow at first but paces up with moving episodes and gets even darker with battles.

While each episode explores themes of society, the plot is incredibly amazing which leaves you smiling in front of your screen. Kino’s journey is a hidden gem.

With some decent original animation and 3d magic effects, the anime is one of the most underrated adventure anime out there.

The king announces the sacrifice of the prince’s life to save the land. Meanwhile, a mercenary named Balsa takes up the bodyguard’s job to save the prince from assassination attempts.

Named as the best-looking anime of 2007 by fans, Moribito is still an underrated adventure anime that craves your attention.

In 1932, a girl’s search for his missing brother, the non-sequential tale has some extremely gore scenes and might take a second time to grasp every connection.

Baccano is a hell of a show and one of the best underrated adventure anime you should experience once in a lifetime.

The only underrated adventure anime that deserves a second season badly is Yona of the Dawn. The anime may seem like a reverse shouju anime but don’t let it deceive you, stick to it you will thank me later.

With a main theme of trust and betrayal, Yona is the princess of Kingdom Kouka living for best life inside the castle, waiting for the King’s approval to marry his dream prince.

But Fate has some other plans, When the King is murdered in front of their eyes and the treason for the throne surfaces before her eyes, she becomes a fugitive hiding in the forest with her childhood friend and bodyguard Son Hak.

Yoma and Son Hak continues to look for pieces of ancient legend that might be the only way to reclaim her kingdom.

The anime leaves no plot holes and the instrumental music just hits right with fantasy elements and lots of emotions.
