“Date A Live” Season 5 Comes back in April, Releases Teaser.

Like the cherry blossoms in the Spring, April is gonna be an exciting month for anime fans. Another News, Date a Live Anime season 5 will likely return in April 2024. TV Anime revealed the news on its official website with a teaser trailer and character PV. The original Staff of season 4 returns for the season 5.

Staff and Cast

Date A Live is a Japanese Light novel series written by Koshi Tachibana and Illustrated by Tsunako. The original staff from the previous season includes Jun Nakagawa (High School Fleet) as the Director collaborating with Geek Toys. Fuhimiko Shimo (Talentless Nana) is the scriptwriter for the series along with Naoto Nakamura (High School Fleet) as the character designer. Tsuyoshi Sakabe will compose the music in the production house of Nippon Columbia. Miyu Tomita has sung the opening theme named “Paradoxes” and Sweet ARMS has sung the ending theme titled “HitoHira”

Fujimi Shobo launched the light novel series from March 2011 to March 2020 with 22 volumes of the book. Later Yen Press licensed the book for English Publication. Kadokawa and Fujimi released five Manga together in the Monthly Shonen Ace and Monthly Dragon Age.

The first season of Date A live TV anime began airing on Tokyo MX, in April 2013. The Second Season aired in April 2014 and Following Third Season premiered in Jan 2019. The fourth season debuted its first episode in October 2021 and Crunchyroll licensed the broadcast rights for outside Asia region.
