Kengan Ashura 2nd Season Part 2 premieres in August on Netflix, releases Teaser Trailer

Exciting news for you all anime enthusiasts out there. The recent teaser trailer revealed on the official website revealed Kengan Ashura 2nd season Part 2 will air on Netflix in coming August. On the occasion of the announcement, the original manga artist Daromeon revealed an illustrated visual and the website released a teaser trailer.

With the original manga adaptation written by Yabako Sandrovich and illustrated by Daromeon. Seiji Kishi (Angel Beats TV, Ragnarok The Animation) directed the anime at Larx Entertainment. Makoto Uezu (Assassination Classroom, Fate/Grand Carnival) was the scriptwriter for the series while Kazuaki Morita (Classroom of the Elite) designed the characters. Yasuharu Takanashi (Naruto Shippuden) composed the music for the story. The Opening theme song “Red” is performed by SIM and the ending theme song “Shambles” is Performed by Band-Maid.

Kengan Ashura Story follows the Edo period in Japan where wealthy business owners and merchants hire fighters to resolve the conflict between them and the winner takes all the money. Everything changes when these Kengan matches witness the fighter, Asura. Hence begins the annihilation of enemies in the Gladiator Arenas.

The first season of Kengan Ashura debuted on July 31, 2019, and the second part was released on Netflix on October 31, 2019.

The first part of the second season premiered on September 21, 2023, and Kengan Ashura 2nd season Part 2 will soon witness its release on Netflix in August.

The Manga started its serialization on Shogakukan’s Ura Sunday website from April 2012 to August 2018.
